Excel League

Dedicated to developing young athletes through professional coaching and a supportive community.

Our Excel League is a competitive basketball league focused on creating a more dynamic basketball environment for challenging experienced players. Through this program, players will refine and develop more advanced dribbling, passing, shooting and defensive skills, while introducing more advanced rules of basketball. This league is designed to provide a more competitive experience that does not require extensive travel.

• 7 week schedule plus playoffs
• Games will be played in four 7-minute quarters
• Practices will be held separately during the week at an indoor facility.
• Everyone plays each week
• Scores will be recorded
• Both man and zone defensive schemes
• Player Positions will begin to be introduced
• Free Throws and Jump Balls are introduced
• Travelling and Double Dribbling will be progressively and more strictly enforced throughout the season.
• Customized jerseys with Last Names provide

At Sports Club, our mission is to provide a premier youth sports experience that fosters growth, integrity, and excellence. We believe that sports are a powerful vehicle for teaching life lessons, building character, and creating lifelong friendships.

Founded in 2010, we have grown from a small community program to a regional powerhouse, serving over 1,200 athletes across multiple disciplines. Our coaching staff consists of former collegiate and professional athletes who are passionate about passing on their knowledge to the next generation.
